From Mansuar Island, Karlos has been guiding divers since 2015 for dive centers and homestays in Raja Ampat. In addition to his familiarity with local dive sites, ocean conditions and regulations, he is expert at finding all of the tiny camoflauge creatures such as the pygmy seahorse and elaborate crustaceans.

From Sumba Island Aris has a degree in education from STIPAK college on East Java. Before this project Aris was a teacher and trekking guide on the islands of Papua, Timor and Sumba. Karlos and Jessica met Aris while traveling to inland Papua.

Jessica is from New Hampshire, USA, and is a scientist at a leading research hospital in Boston. A nature lover, she started diving in 2010 and remains intrigued by underwater landscapes and creatures. Jessica might answer your emails and coordinate details of your trip to Raja Ampat.
