Cofounder and head divemaster Karlos is lucky to call Mansuar Island home. He has been guiding divers for dive centers and homestays around Raja Ampat since 2015 and is happy to bring his experience and expertise back to the place most dear to his heart.

In addition to his familiarity with local dive sites, ocean conditions and regulations, he is expert at finding all of the tiny camoflauge creatures such as the pygmy seahorse and elaborate crustaceans.
